 Professor Viktoria is a Consultant Dermatologist and the Lead for the Vitiligo Clinic and Research for adult and paediatric patients at Walsall Healthcare & The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trusts. She is a substantive Consultant and treats patients with any skin problems and rashes on the NHS and privately, including eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer and acne. She also holds a position of an Honorary Clinical Professor in Dermatology at Keele University, Institute of Global Health and Wellbeing, School of Medicine, and a position of an Honorary Associate Professor at the College of Medicine and Health, University of Birmingham.

Her dermatology training was undertaken in the East and West Midlands, and she completed her PhD on clinical dermatology (evidence-based methodology, clinical trials methodology, vitiligo and phototherapy) at the University of Nottingham, UK, funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR).

Since 2010, she frequently presents her research at national and international meetings. Currently, she leads several national and international initiatives. She has been awarded multiple awards from the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV), the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) and the American

Academy of Dermatology (AAD). She is a Section Editor for the British Journal of Dermatology, one of the top three dermatological journals in the world and has more than 100 academic publications at the highest impact scientific journals such as The Lancet, British Journal of Dermatology and the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA). She has delivered lectures and presentations globally for the last 15 years.
