Vasiliki's journey into nutrition began in her teens when she was diagnosed with IBS, leading her to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition at the London Metropolitan University in 2021. Despite growing up in a Mediterranean household with delicious and balanced meals, her condition necessitated dietary adjustments. Like many others, she faced challenges and fluctuations in her approach to dieting. Vasiliki’s overarching goal is to guide clients towards improving their eating habits, fostering comfort and creativity in the kitchen, and treating food with the utmost care. Rejecting the notion of 'good' or 'bad' foods, she emphasises the importance of finding a balance that satisfies both the body and soul. Vasiliki is committed to helping clients navigate this balance, ensuring a positive and guilt-free approach to dieting that allows individuals to make the most of their lives.
