Dr Urmi Mazumder is a Specialist Orthodontist at Derma Zone Laser and Cosmetic Centre in Dubai with over 7 years of experience in orthodontics. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree at the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India in 2011 followed by her Master’s degree in Orthodontics at Malmo University, Sweden in 2016.
In 2016, Dr Mazumder embarked on her professional journey in Dubai as an orthodontist. Over the years, she honed her skills and expertise by working at various clinics, collaborating with different teams, and benefiting from valuable mentorship opportunities. This period allowed her to continually expand her knowledge and experience in the field, creating excellent outcomes for adults and children.
Today at Derma Zone Laser and Cosmetic Centre in Dubai, Dr Mazumder she serves as an integral member of the team, specialising in providing orthodontic solutions, including: fixed orthodontic brackets, dentofacial orthopaedic devices (e.g., headgear and Delair facemask), clear aligners, braces TADs, lingual braces, metal/ceramic braces, and Invisalign.
Dr Mazumder is deeply passionate about perfecting smiles for her patients, regardless of their age. Whether her patients are children or adults, she employs a diverse range of techniques to craft confident smiles and deliver exceptional, long-lasting results.
