Tom Hollis
Nutritionist
About
Over the past five years, Tom has developed a specialist practice in endurance sports nutrition, working predominantly with distance runners. He supports athletes across a wide spectrum of abilities, from individuals new to running through to experienced marathon competitors. His work in this area has included contributions to sports nutrition podcasts, webinars, and running conferences. He also provides guidance in plant-based nutrition, including structured support for those transitioning to a plant-based dietary approach.
Tom is registered with the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register as a Sports Dietitian and is a UK Athletics qualified Running Coach (CiRF). Alongside his professional practice, he competes at Masters level in marathon running and is scheduled to represent England in 2025.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
