Ms Tiluka Bhanderi

Tiluka Bhanderi is a dedicated Specialist Dietitian, specialising in eating disorders. With a background in nutrition and dietetics from Coventry University, Tiluka is also a qualified yoga teacher. She integrates somatic healing techniques, mindfulness, and guided meditations into her practice to help clients reconnect with their bodies and foster a healthy relationship with food. In addition to her role at The Eating Disorder Recovery Clinic, Tiluka works within the NHS and an eating disorder charity. Here, she delivers workshops and provides one-to-one support to clients, tailoring her approach to meet each individual's unique needs and goals. Tiluka believes in meeting clients where they are on their journey and collaboratively discussing achievable steps toward recovery. With a special interest in eating disorders and disordered eating in South Asian women, Tiluka is passionate about amplifying voices from ethnic minorities in the conversation surrounding mental health and well-being. Her holistic approach to dietetics encompasses integrative and functional medicine, women's health, compassionate weight management, gut health, and behaviour change and therapeutic skills. Outside of her professional endeavours, Tiluka is an advocate for using yoga as a tool for re-centering and restoring a healthy mind-body connection. Through her expertise in both dietetics and yoga, she strives to empower individuals to achieve holistic well-being and lead fulfilling lives.
