My Background
I hold a BA in Counselling & Psychotherapy (ICHAS) and an MA in Art Therapy (CIT, Crawford College of Art & Design). My dual qualification allows me to blend evidence-based psychotherapy with creative therapeutic work, helping clients express and process emotion in more than one way.
I frequently work with trauma across generations, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-worth issues, parent-teen conflict, family breakdown and relationship stress. Many of my clients come seeking clarity, emotional steadiness and a renewed sense of self — and we work toward exactly that, at a pace that feels safe.
My Approach
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity and collaboration. I aim to create a calm and non-judgmental environment where you can explore what feels heavy, unclear or overwhelming. Therapy with me is not rushed — we take time to understand your story, your triggers and your strengths. I integrate traditional talk therapy with art-based approaches, mindfulness and practical emotional tools, helping you build resilience, confidence and more connected relationships.
Whether you’re supporting a teenager, recovering from past experiences or trying to make sense of your emotional world — you don’t have to do it on your own. I’m here to walk that road with you.
