About
Her main research interest lies in the use of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology to enhance the understanding of facial features, with the goal of improving diagnosis and surgical outcomes. As the Training Director for the Adnexal Department at Moorfields, Dr. Kang is involved in teaching and training doctors and allied healthcare professionals.
Dr. Kang holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Biochemistry (Molecular and Cellular) from the University of Oxford and graduated from University College London Medical School. She completed two prestigious fellowships in oculoplastic surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital after completing her Ophthalmology speciality training in the competitive North London Deanery.
Dr. Kang is a member of the British Oculoplastic Surgery Society, a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, and a member of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics.
