About
Dr Miller works primarily within the NHS, running weekly Rheumatology Clinics at the Western General Hospital and Musculoskeletal Medicine Clinics at East Lothian Community Hospital. He is also involved in medical education, teaching GP trainees, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Physiotherapists.
Alongside his clinical and academic roles, Dr Miller has significant experience in elite sport. He has been the club doctor for Hibernian FC for ten seasons and has supported athletes at major international competitions, including the World Athletics Championships, the Commonwealth Games, and the European Diving Championships.
Dr Miller has extensive experience managing a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal problems—from high-performance athletes to individuals seeking to improve everyday function. He is passionate about the role of exercise and non-surgical approaches in managing musculoskeletal conditions and is skilled in delivering targeted injection therapies for a wide range of joint, tendon and soft-tissue disorders.
