Simon Walter is a seasoned Life Coach and Mentor at Psychotherapist London-Dr Pablo Jeczmien. As an Accredited Transformative Coach by the International Coaching Federation and ADHD Coach, Simon is dedicated to unlocking the potential within individuals, helping them maximise their performance and growth. Simon's journey into coaching began during his 25-year tenure as a senior executive at Deutsche Bank, where he managed businesses and led people in one of Europe's largest Investment Banks. While the career was rewarding, it also came with significant stress, and Simon found himself reevaluating what truly mattered in life after experiencing personal events. Realising the value of work-life balance and personal fulfilment, he made a conscious decision to change his direction. Drawing from his extensive experience in the financial markets, Simon Walter transitioned into Life Coaching, bringing his unique approach to empower individuals. His philosophy revolves around treating each person as a product of their choices and actions, emphasising accountability. As a coach and mentor, he creates a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to think, talk, and explore their goals and challenges. He has a wealth of experience in empowering people from all walks of life, from graduates and junior traders to senior executives and business owners, helping them become the best versions of themselves, both professionally and personally. In addition to his coaching expertise, Simon Walter is also a published author, having written the book ‘Gen Z - Kickstart Your Future’.
