Physiotherapy
About
Ms Shah provides physiotherapy assessment and treatment for a range of conditions affecting movement and function. Her clinical work combines hands-on physiotherapy techniques with rehabilitation programmes that incorporate strength and conditioning and Pilates-based exercise therapy. She also provides treatments such as sports massage and acupuncture as part of physiotherapy care. Her areas of clinical interest include musculoskeletal rehabilitation and women’s health physiotherapy, including pelvic health and perinatal care.
She has worked across several NHS trusts and private clinics in London and currently practises at Core LDN, Westminster Physiotherapy and Pilates Centre, and Southfields Physiotherapy and Wellbeing Centre.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
