Dr Siddiq Anwar is a Consultant Nephrologist who provides specialised care for patients with a wide range of kidney-related conditions. He is dedicated to offering comprehensive diagnostic services and management for various renal disorders. His approach is centred on delivering professional and reassuring support to his patients throughout their treatment journey.
Dr Anwar obtained his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Nephrology and General Internal Medicine from the United Kingdom. He furthered his specialist training in the United States, where he completed a Nephrology Fellowship and a Renal Transplant Fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in London, a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology, and a Fellow of the International Society of Nephrology.
His clinical interests are extensive and include renal transplantation, interventional nephrology, and the management of chronic kidney disease. Dr Anwar also has a special focus on complex conditions such as glomerulonephritis, vasculitis, onco-nephrology, and kidney disease during pregnancy. He maintains a keen interest in the application of health informatics and artificial intelligence in healthcare to improve patient outcomes.
