He treats a wide range of endocrine conditions, including thyrotoxicosis, hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, adrenal insufficiency, and pituitary disorders.
Dr Mongolu established and chairs the regional adrenal multidisciplinary team and contributes to regional pituitary and thyroid MDTs, supporting complex case management. He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Hull York Medical School and has held senior educational roles, including Training Programme Director for foundation and internal medicine trainees. He also serves as Clinical Governance and Education Lead for his department, reflecting his commitment to high-quality patient care, education, and innovation.
