About Shelley Belgrove
Shelley Belgrove is the Clinical Director and Co-Founder at Wello, as well as the lead registered dental hygienist and therapist. She qualified with a degree in Oral Health Science from Manchester University Dental Hospital in 2003 and brings over 20 years of experience in delivering high-quality dental care. Throughout her career, Shelley has worked in a range of clinical settings, including many years at The Courtyard Dental in Saffron Walden, where she developed extensive expertise in preventive dentistry and long-term oral health management. She is GBT-certified and is particularly passionate about the prevention and management of dental disease, with a strong focus on periodontal health. As Clinical Director, Shelley combines her clinical experience with leadership and mentorship, ensuring high standards of care while supporting a prevention-focused, patient-centred approach across the practice.
