Dr. med. dent. Sebastian Krause studierte von 2007 bis 2012 Zahnmedizin an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in München und legte in seinem Abschlussjahr die Zahnärztliche Prüfung mit der Note „sehr gut" ab. Anschließend erhielt er seine Approbation zum Zahnarzt und begann in dem Schwerpunkt Implantologie tätig zu sein.2015 promovierte er zum Dr. med. dent. mit der Gesamtnote "sehr gut" und erlangte den 1. Platz des Kurt Kaltenbachs Dental Education Award. Im Anschluss bildete er sich im In- und Ausland in den Bereichen Zahnspangen-Technik MBT, Betriebswirtschaft für Ärztinnen und Ärzte und Lingual Orthodontics fortgebildet. Seit 2018 ist Dr. Krause Fachzahnarzt für Kieferorthopädie und gründete seine eigene Fachzahnarztpraxis für Kieferorthopädie München – Welovesmiles 2020 in München.

Neben seiner Tätigkeit als praktizierender Kieferorthopäde, wirkt Dr. Krause auch an wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten mit. Zwei seiner internationalen Publikationen lauten "A New Model for Training in Periodontal Examinations Using Manikins" und "A Computer-Assisted Training Approach for Performing and Charting Periodontal Examinations: A Retrospective Study".
