Sarah is a warm empathic registered psychologist whose life experiences led to a career in psychology. She enjoys working with a range of clients providing a safe, non-judgemental space where growth and engagement combine to empower the client.
Sarah has experience working in school settings and workplace rehabilitation, with special interests in performance and sport psychology, ecopsychology, creative therapies, trauma, neurodiversity, parenting and supporting people through stress-related times.
Sarah believes in a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, utilising different modalities that align with an individuals goals and thought processes.
