Dr Sara Salama is a highly qualified Neurologist with a focus on neuroimmunological disorders. Dr Salama earned her MD and PhD from the Faculty of Medicine at Alexandria University. She completed her neurology residency at Alexandria University hospitals and later became a faculty member in the Department of Neurology. Dr Salama also undertook a fellowship at the Johns Hopkins NMOSD clinic and was awarded an MSIF-ARSEP McDonald Fellowship in 2021. She is also an honorary research fellow at University College London (UCL).
