Dr Sara Aksamawati is a full-time qualified paediatric dentist. She has over 11 years of experience as a dentist.
Dr Aksamawati strives to change the way paediatric dentistry is carried out in the UAE. She has an aim to use minimally invasive techniques instead of traditionally invasive procedures, but still use the strong fundamentals of basic dentistry. She is also an advocate for community health education and prevention of diseases.
Dr Aksamawati currently practices as a Paediatric Dentist at the following dental clinics:

Lebanese Dental Centre, Dubai
In her current position as Paediatric Dentist at Onyx Medical Center, she carries out minimally invasive dental procedures on children, including fibre and zirconia crowns. She is also experienced in working with children with mental, physical and emotional restraints and administering general anaesthetic and conscious sedation. She has specialist interest in both preventative and restorative dental procedures.
Dr Aksamawati received a diploma in Oral Surgery from Lebanese University, Beirut in 2010. She later received a degree in Pediatric Dentistry from Lebanese University, Beirut in 2013.
She is passionate about continuous education and since her qualification in 2013, she has attended many workshops and conferences to expand her expertise.
Outside of the clinic, Dr Aksamawati has delivered lectures on stem cell therapy at international conferences.
