Sapna graduated from the University of Brighton in 1995 and began her career at Worthing Hospital in the UK's National Health Service, gaining experience across a range of specialties including neurology, respiratory care, and elderly care. During this time, she expanded her expertise by earning a certification in Clinical Acupuncture from the University of Hong Kong and qualifying as a personal trainer. Sapna also treated athletes at international swimming, golf, and rugby competitions, further honing her knowledge of sports injuries.
In 2009, Sapna moved with her family to Sydney and Singapore before returning to Hong Kong in 2015, where she resumed her work with Quality Healthcare at their Discovery Bay branch. Her friendly demeanour and commitment to high-quality care made her well-known in the athletic community of triathletes, trail runners, and hikers.
