Dr. Wooding adopts a holistic approach to psychological care, considering the individual within their wider personal, social, and cultural context. Her interventions are tailored to each client’s needs and draw on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
She also has a particular interest in supporting emergency service personnel such as police, firefighters, paramedics, and other frontline responders, recognising the unique psychological demands faced by those working in high-pressure and critical care environments.
