Hakkında
Ms. Blight is a psychologist who works with adults, adolescents and children. She utilises a range of therapeutic techniques including CBT and mindfulness. Ms. Blight has experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, serious mental illness, at-risk clients, low self-esteem, anger management, and behavioural issues. She also has experience working with drug and alcohol issues and with the long-term unemployed. Ms. Blight has a special interest in child and adolescent development.
