Mr Sahil Dogra is an osteopath working at Osteopath West, where he treats a wide range of patients with both acute and chronic conditions. He began his career after completing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at Roehampton University in 2015, gaining early experience in a multidisciplinary clinic and developing skills in exercise prescription and rehabilitation. He later expanded his expertise through qualifications in holistic and sports massage as well as dry needling, and went on to run a mobile massage service to further broaden his clinical experience.
He completed his osteopathy degree at Nescot College in Surrey, driven by a strong interest in understanding how the body works and how different therapeutic approaches can support recovery and enhance performance. His work incorporates biomechanics, which he integrates with both structural and classical osteopathic techniques to deliver tailored treatment plans suitable for all age groups.
Mr Dogra has experience working with diverse patient groups and practitioners, and he applies this background alongside previous roles in other industries to build strong therapeutic relationships. He also maintains a close connection to sport and occasionally works with his local rugby club.
