Dr Saal Seneviratne MBChB, MRCPsych - Consultant Psychiatrist & Accredited EMDR Practitioner Dr Saal Seneviratne is a Consultant Psychiatrist with more than 25 years of experience in working with adult patients. His areas of specialization include diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as PTSD, complex trauma, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, and mood disorders in complex cases that have been resistant to treatment. An accredited EMDR therapist, he practices integrative medicine through psychotherapy, pharmacology, and infusion therapies where appropriate. Besides his medical practice, Dr Seneviratne offers his services as an independent medical legal expert offering medico-legal reports for criminal, civil, family, and tribunal cases. He is particularly experienced in cases concerning employment and housing issues and has worked as a forensic medical examiner. Consultations can be done in person or remotely from The Burlington Clinic on Harley Street.
