Mr Ross Fawdington is a highly experienced Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon, specialising exclusively in conditions affecting the hand and wrist. He offers both surgical and non-surgical options based on the latest evidence and always takes the time to explain each step of the process clearly.
He completed his medical training at the University of Manchester before joining the internationally recognised Oswestry/Stoke orthopaedic programme. He undertook two nationally competitive fellowships - one in ortho-plastic complex trauma and another as part of the Training Interface Group in Hand Surgery. He holds a postgraduate Masters Degree (MSc) in Hand Surgery and has received multiple national accolades, including the British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH) Stack Travelling Fellowship.
Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Fawdington is committed to training the next generation of surgeons. He is a Faculty Member at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Keele University.
