Hakkında
Dr Richard Bambury is an oncologist. They are interested in patient-focused research, particularly in predicting response to treatment and treatment efficacy, as well as the genetic determinants of cancer. They are also interested in developing novel therapies for cancers with limited treatment options. Dr Bambury has received numerous awards for their work, including the Irish Society of Medical Oncology Scholarship and the UCC Ainsworth Scholarship. They have also been involved in a wide range of clinical and translational research projects, resulting in many international presentations and peer-reviewed publications.
Dr Bambury is heavily involved in patient care and academic research, including serving as institutional Principal Investigator on a large number of GU cancer protocols.
