Reenie’s career path has been diverse, spanning hospitality, engineering, and construction for 17 years before transitioning into counselling. This extensive life experience enriches her understanding of varied life challenges, and she uses this insight to build authentic and supportive relationships with clients. Reenie believes in empowering individuals by helping them uncover their inner strengths and resilience. Her approach to counselling is rooted in post-modern techniques, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She specialises in helping clients with anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, trauma, self-exploration, personal growth, and cross-cultural adaptation. Reenie also offers support for life transitions, career counselling, pre-marital counselling, and integrative counselling that considers both faith and mental health. Her commitment to guiding clients through their self-discovery journey fosters long-term personal development and well-being.
