Im Mittelpunkt seiner therapeutischen Arbeit steht die Schaffung eines vertrauensvollen und sicheren Raumes, in dem Klienten ihre Anliegen offen ansprechen und gemeinsam neue Perspektiven entwickeln können. Herr Ahrens ist davon überzeugt, dass jeder Mensch die Fähigkeit zur Selbstheilung und Veränderung in sich trägt.

Durch den Einsatz verschiedener Therapiemethoden unterstützt er seine Klienten dabei, ihre eigenen Stärken zu erkennen, Blockaden zu lösen und neue Wege im Umgang mit Herausforderungen zu finden.

Herr Ahrens absolvierte seine Ausbildung zum Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie und ist Mitglied im Verband Freier Psychotherapeuten, Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie und Psychologischer Berater e.V.. Die amtsärztliche Überprüfung fand am 05.12.2023 im Gesundheitsamt Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde statt.
