She also has specialist skill sets from oncology, acute and intensive care work .
Her approach is neurodiversity-informed, detail-oriented and grounded in empathy. Rachel creates a calm, low-pressure space where individuals and families feel understood and supported, using evidence-based practice alongside relational, regulation-focused and trauma-informed care. She works collaboratively with parents, carers and teams to build clear, compassionate formulations and tailored interventions that honour each person’s sensory profile, strengths, health context and lived experience.
