Phillip Vinden Garlick is a registered psychologist who provides services to adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Phillip aims to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. They believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop individualised treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
Phillip utilises evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. These approaches can assist individuals to understand the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and develop practical strategies for managing challenges and enhancing well-being.
