Mr Bruneau works with adult individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties. They aim to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to explore any issues that are causing distress or impacting their quality of life. Mr Bruneau utilises evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to help individuals understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. They work collaboratively with each person to develop coping strategies and achieve their therapeutic goals.
