He was inspired by an osteopath's ability to identify the root cause of a problem and to treat it effectively using direct and indirect physical methods along with exercise prescription.
He regularly uses the gym while playing rugby at Lymm Rugby Club and has developed an interest in functional strength and conditioning for all body types.
