He completed his core surgical training at the Naval Hospital of Athens, followed by further specialist training across hospitals in South East and North West England.
Mr Pikoulas advanced his subspecialty expertise through an oncoplastic breast fellowship at the Nightingale Centre and Royal Bolton Hospital, and holds a Diploma in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery from the University of East Anglia. His clinical practice focuses on comprehensive breast cancer care, including breast-conserving surgery, reconstruction, and advanced techniques such as partial reconstruction using local artery perforator flaps and lipomodelling. He also performs aesthetic and revisional breast procedures.
In addition to his surgical work, Mr Pikoulas has a specialist interest in nipple and areola tattooing, having trained at a leading medical tattooing centre in the UK. He is also actively involved in education as an Educational Supervisor for general surgical trainees, supporting the development of future surgeons.
