Olena is trained as an Integrative Psychotherapist (PgDip) and a Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist (London Diploma). Her integrative training allows her to draw from multiple therapeutic approaches, including psychoanalytic, existential/phenomenological, person-centred, CBT, and the Gottman Method. Her clinical work is further informed by her academic background in linguistics (MA), philosophy (PhD), trauma training, relationship therapy training, and experience in ADHD- and ASD-informed therapy.
Having lived and studied internationally, Olena has significant experience working with issues related to diversity, migration, and cultural integration. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties, trauma, parenting challenges, self-esteem, workplace issues, cancer-related concerns, addiction, and abuse. Olena is also a published author. Her children’s book Anxie the Hedgehog was published in 2024 and has been translated into five languages.
