Dr. Oksana Hunko is a Clinical Psychologist working with children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Medical University in Ukraine and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. She has also completed professional training as a Gestalt psychotherapist at the Kiev Gestalt University.
Dr. Hunko’s clinical approach emphasises early intervention, individually tailored treatment plans, and the development of practical self-help strategies. Her work focuses on supporting clients in strengthening their capacity for self-regulation, resilience, and long-term psychological wellbeing.
She works with a broad range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout, as well as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and panic attacks. Her expertise also includes trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), low self-esteem, internal conflict, and self-identity difficulties.
Dr. Hunko supports individuals experiencing behavioural addictions, including internet, gambling, and alcohol-related problems, in addition to eating disorders, relationship difficulties and issues related to bereavement and loss, providing structured psychological support across different stages of life.
