Ms. Nour Rahal is a Clinical Psychologist practicing at Ardens Medical Centre, where she works with adults and adolescents. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Saint Joseph University, bringing a well-rounded and structured perspective to her clinical work.
Ms. Rahal has undertaken extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and has completed psychoanalytic formation with a Freudian focus. Her integrative approach also draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and hypnotherapy. This diverse training allows her to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs.
She has extensive experience working with international and local organisations such as Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and Jesuit Refugee Service providing psychosocial support, as well as online platforms including TalkTime and Sawa Health
