His doctoral thesis, Nutrient Effects in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, was presented at national and international conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Kamperidis currently holds an NHS appointment at St Mark’s Hospital, The National Bowel Hospital, where he serves as Chair of Medicine. In this role, he manages both inpatients and outpatients with a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders and performs endoscopic procedures including gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, and polypectomy.
His ongoing research focuses on optimising the use of novel therapies and enhancing the quality of care for patients living with inflammatory bowel disease.
