Mr Nicholas Gill

About
He graduated from the University of Wales College of Medicine and has developed broad expertise in general urology, alongside specialist interests in advanced bladder cancer, complex pelvic malignancy, and urinary tract reconstruction. His practice also includes prostate cancer diagnostics, with experience in assessing and managing patients referred from across Wales.
Mr Gill manages a wide range of non-cancer urological conditions, including lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), urinary retention, recurrent urinary tract infections, and pelvic pain. He also performs genital procedures such as circumcision and scrotal surgery. In addition, he offers Aquablation therapy for benign prostate enlargement.
Alongside his clinical work, Mr Gill is National Clinical Lead for the Planned care network He also is actively involved in education and training within the Swansea Bay Health Board, supporting the development of urology trainees. He also contributes to research and service development, maintaining a focus on delivering evidence-based urological care across both NHS and independent practice settings.
