Neha Golchha is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Head of Therapies at the Aspris Wellbeing Centre in Abu Dhabi. With over eight years of clinical experience, including five years working in New Zealand, she specialises in supporting adults with a broad range of psychological concerns. Neha has worked within public mental health services including the Waitemata District Health Board in New Zealand, and she also managed her own telehealth private practice.
Neha holds a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology, a Master of Science in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Psychology. She is registered with several professional bodies, including the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DOH), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the New Zealand Psychology Board (NZPB), the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Her clinical expertise includes the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), behavioural addictions, eating disorders, sleep difficulties, personality disorders, and psychological adjustment to chronic health conditions. She also has experience supporting expatriates with adaptation challenges, as well as patients dealing with medically unexplained pain and procedural anxiety.
Neha is trained in a wide range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She integrates these methods into a supportive, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic approach, helping clients develop emotional resilience, clarify personal values, and work toward meaningful life changes.
She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
