To enhance her expertise, Natasha has undertaken various courses, including Basi Mat Pilates, STOTT Intensive and Advanced Reformer, Myofascial Activated Posture Movement, and STOTT VO2 MAX workshops. These courses have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to deliver effective clinical Pilates interventions and create personalised rehabilitation programs.
As a physiotherapist, Natasha finds fulfilment in helping individuals recover fully after an injury and supporting them in reaching their maximum potential.
