After an early career in maxillofacial trauma surgery, Myles completed advanced postgraduate training at the University of Texas, where he taught undergraduate students and earned a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences alongside a certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics. During this period, he was awarded Membership in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons and was admitted to the UK Specialist Register as a Prosthodontist.
Beyond clinical dentistry, Myles is involved in pharmaceutical development and enjoys time on his allotment. He has a wide range of interests including cars and motorbikes, food and travel, practices yoga, and is known for his curiosity and enthusiasm for learning across many fields.
