About Mr Thomas Poole
Mr Thomas Poole was appointed as an ophthalmic consultant at Frimley Park Hospital in 2003, where he specialises in corneal and external eye disease. This involves medical and surgical management of many different conditions of the front of the eye. Mr Poole graduated in medicine in 1992 from St Mary's Hospital, and completed his specialist training in ophthalmology in London hospitals, including the Western Eye Hospital, St Thomas' Hospital, and Moorfields Eye Hospital. During his training, he spent a year working as an ophthalmologist at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre in Moshi, Tanzania.
