surgeon at Colchester Hospital in April 2014. His practice includes
general and colorectal surgery predominantly by the key hole approach.
His colorectal practice includes laparoscopic surgery for colorectal
cancer and benign colorectal conditions. He is the trust cancer lead
clinician at Colchester Hospital. He also has a special interest in
pelvic floor disorders and runs a pelvic floor clinic for patients with
rectal prolapse, constipation, obstructed defaecation syndrome and
faecal incontinence. He is the the chair of the eastern region pelvic
floor society. He also offers diagnostic upper and lower GI endoscopy.
Mr Vasudevan did his higher specialty training in the London deanery. He
also completed a period of original research on pelvic floor disorders
leading to the award of MD from University of London.
