He also gained his Diploma in Sports and exercise medicine, which helped him focus his interest in lower limb sports related injuries. Upon completion of his basic training, he undertook his specialist orthopaedic training on the Bristol rotation and also a sport injury and complex arthroplasty fellowship in Peth, Australia.
