Mr Sean Loughran is an experienced Consultant Ear, Nose & Throat and Head & Neck Surgeon based in Manchester. He currently practices at The Alexandra Hospital and Spire Manchester Hospital. He also has expertise in a wide range of ear, nose & throat conditions and procedures, including: deviated septum, tonsil problems, ear infections, ear wax, nasal polyps, sinusitis and rhinitis.
Mr Loughran obtained his medical degree from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne in 1995 and became a Fellow in Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery in the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2004. In 2005 completed an Interface Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and was registered as a specialist in Otolaryngology by the General Medical Council.
He has published numerous papers in several peer reviewed journals in his area of expertise.
He is a Member of the British Association of Head & Neck Oncologists, the British Association of Otolaryngologists, Head & Neck Surgeons and the British Association of Endocrine and Thyroid Surgeons.
