Mr Reddy completed several research projects including the FAB2 and UC study which were funded by the National FSA agency involving a joint collaboration between Northumberland Health Care NHS Trust, University of Sheffield and University of Newcastle [Research Grant of > 1.2 million pounds]. "The effect of folic acid on biomarkers of colo-rectal cancer risk in patients with inflammatory bowel disease"
He has have been a Chief Investigator as well as Principal surgical co-investigator in multiple national/ multinational studies (>30 high quality research studies) like the National EMPOWER trial, National ETHOS trial, surgical lead for HALT – IT study, SAFARI trial funded by National Institute of Health and Research, Robotic PROMS study etc
