During his tenure he oversaw a budget turnover of £150 million and led preparations for a vital CQC inspection which resulted in over 20 rating improvements in Surgical Services.
Mr Rajjayabun worked closely with community and NHS stakeholders to secure over £500,000 in funds to procure a Da Vinci Xi Robotic system. He was at the heart of the operating team that performed Worcestershire's very first robotic assisted Radical Prostatectomy in October 2022.
