Mr Kevin Ramsey, Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, currently works within the Royal Marsden Hospital in both an NHS and private capacity. He also sees patients in private clinics across London. He has a wealth of experience in performing complex reconstructions of the breast, abdomen, perineal, and following cancer removal. He is also an expert in performing aesthetic procedures, his experience in reconstructive surgery enables him to provide excellent aesthetic outcomes.
Mr Ramsey began his medical education at the University of Cambridge before he moved on to do his foundation and specialist training in the Pan Thames area. He then undertook several fellowships including a Microsurgery fellowship at Charing Cross Hospital and another in Australia focusing on plastic surgery. He completed his surgical training in 2009 and was awarded his Certificate of Completion of Surgical Training, and was later appointed Fellows of Microsurgery at the Royal Marsden Hospital. He was later promoted to his current position of Consultant and recently was appointed as Clinical Lead for his department.
