Mr James Fernandes is a renowned Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon for both adults and children. He practices with BMI Healthcare along with a post at Sheffield Children's NHS Trust and has a special interest in foot and ankle issues, congenital birth defects and limb reconstruction. The skilled and experienced surgeon qualified from Medicine in India before moving to the UK to specialise in orthopaedics. His strong academic background has led him to the position of Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Sheffield.
