Mr Gidon Ellis is a Consultant Urologist with specialist expertise in kidney stone disease, lower urinary tract symptoms, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and the endoscopic management of bladder cancer and upper urinary tract urothelial cancer. He provides advanced, minimally invasive treatments using the latest endoscopic and robotic techniques.
He offers private urology care for patients across Central and North London, with rapid access to assessment, imaging, and treatment, alongside his NHS practice at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
Mr Ellis qualified from the University of Manchester and completed specialist urology training in London, ranking first nationally in the UK selection process. He undertook dedicated endourology training at University College London and, after receiving his Certificate of Completion of Training, completed fellowship training in laser prostate surgery (HoLEP). He was the recipient of The Urology Foundation Endourology Travelling Fellowship.
He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons.
