Mr Courtney qualified in medicine at Leeds University Medical School in 1996, subsequently completing his basic surgical training in centres across Hull, Canterbury and London. Mr Courtney has clinical interests in all aspects of colorectal surgery. He sees patients with a broad range of lower GI conditions, including the following:
