Mr. Alessandro Panarese is a highly experienced senior consultant in ear, nose, and throat surgery based at Spire Liverpool Hospital and Renacres Hosiptal for his private practice. His NHS base at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He is the lead clinician for benign and malignant head and neck disorders, including issues with the thyroid, salivary glands and throat.
Mr. Panarese routinely carries out complex ear surgery to treat conditions such as ear infections and balance disorders, including surgical procedures to address nasal obstruction and chronic sinusitis. He also provides specific surgeries for hearing loss, ear infections, and balance disorders, as well as benign and malignant thyroid operations and head and neck surgeries. His has extensive experience in surgical management of ENT disorders, providing excellent results for his patients.
After graduating from Milan University in 1986, he completed postgraduate training in Liverpool and Sheffield before undertaking a prestigious fellowship under world-renowned Professor Paul Fagan to study ear surgery in Sydney, Australia.
Following this, he was appointed as a consultant surgeon at The Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital and now has over two decades' worth of experience performing over 500 thyroidectomies, 300 parotidectomies, 1 000+ mastoid and middle-ear procedures, and 1 000+ nasal obstructions and chronic sinusitis procedures.
